This was my first real attempt at building a quick yet effective shopping cart, and given the time it took (about 6hrs in total), I think it turned out ok.

The cart has full inventory control, and realtime integration into Paypal. It's also fully database driven.

I also used it as my first exercise in Google Adwords, and for a time I was doing OK, with an order every other day or so. It was paying for it'self, at least.

I'll be the first to admit that this cart needs some extra work - there's no admin system at all for it currently, and the stock, when reserved, does not automatically return to availability if the order isn't completed (hence why there's next to nothing listed on there at the moment).

It's on the list, along with everything else :)
