Chilli
How to make chilli:
500g Lean Mince (holds it's shape better than fatty mince)
3 tins Chopped Tomatos
3 Beef Oxo Cubes
1 Vegetable Oxo Cube
1 onion
4 Real Tomatoes, chopped
1 tin Kidney Beans
Salt + Pepper
Small Quantity of chillis to taste
2 x Peppers
Enough water to cover everything, plus a bit.
To Cook:
1. Brown the mince
2. Chop the tomatoes and the onion
3. Open the tins
4. Stick everything in a covered pot, in the oven, for 2 hours. Stir occasionally.
5. Scoff.
