Freecsstemplates
Various resources I've stumbled across that provide either free, or dirt cheap CSS and HTML templates to use on your websites.

There's plenty to choose from, and some of it's very high quality indeed.


4Templates
The templates on this site are paid for, however it's not much (approx $30 - £15) per template, and the quality can be very very good indeed. You also tend to be supplied with more for your money, usually including fonts, layered PSD files and both CSS and HTML (tabled) versions.

There's 217 different layouts on this site, all free for use privately or commerically as long as you leave a linkback in the footer, and there's a lot of good stuff on there. this site currently uses one of em!


Open Source Web Design
Another great resource for free-to-use CSS templates, there is an absolute ton of stuff to look through, although to be honest some of them are copies of others (maybe in a different colour or two), and some are utter pap...but well worth a visit!
